Could I Obtain a Copy of an Obituary

The facts as presented:

It had been determined that an obituary for a relative had been published in the Toronto Daily Star, in late 1998. But it was not possible to access copies of the paper so that a copy could be obtained.

The challenge:

Could I access the newspaper and obtain a copy?

The results:

Certainly! Appropriate editions of the newspaper were accessed, and a copy of the full page on which the obituary was published was obtained - within the day.
